Minimum of one hour call out applies.
Travel fees are not included in pricing.
Travel fees are necessary to cover the cost of petrol, time Traveled.
Parking must be supplied by the client.
If No Parking is supplied and therapist must pay for parking, all costs associated must be reimbursed on the day with cash.
Surcharge of an extra 15% applies to public holiday and hotel/ apartment high rise buildings.
Bookings are to be paid via bank transfer upfront.
When booking with Beauty By Tonille you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy.
2x2 meters squared of space must be provided for complete setup of equipment free of any obstruction, if inadequate space has not been created, time spent will cut into your booking time slot.
We kindly request clients to ensure uninterrupted access during their scheduled booking times.Any activities hindering the service such as obstruction of access, may impact the duration of the booking.
Pet owners are required to keep animals out of the service area as this may cause health and safety issues.
Our massage is strictly ethical and professional. Full-draping is a must and not an option, innappropriate requests are not tolerated.
Any Illness that poses a risk to our team, should be rescheduled to a later date.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
Group and corporate bookings will not be refunded if cancelled and will be charged 50% of the total booking fee.
Confirmed bookings that have given more than 24 hours notice for cancellation will be refunded , minus a 20% deposit ( Except group and corporate bookings ).
Any confirmed booking that fails to give 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.
Please note For group and corporate bookings, any late arrivals or no shows can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment time.
For late arrivals to your scheduled appointment time for non corporate and group bookings, therapist will wait 20 minutes, after this time it is considered a cancellation and cancellation fees apply, late start time will only be extended to the scheduled appointment finish time with reduced appointment duration.

Refund Policy

Providing you give more than 24 hours notice of cancellation you will receive a refund minus 20% of the total booking fee unless it is a corporate or group booking.
Group and corporate bookings will not be refunded if cancelled and will be charged 50% of the total booking fee, if less than 24 hours notice is given for cancellation you will be charged 100% of the total booking fee.

Client Code of Conduct

1. Respectful Communication
Inappropriate remarks, agression, and sexual requests are strickly prohibited. Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times.

2. Safe Environment
Ensure the work environment is safe, sanitary, and fit for the service. Unsafe or unsanitary conditions will not be tolerated.

3. Hoarding policy
Properties with excessive hoarding will not be serviced. please declutter and ensure a safe working space for our team.

4. Cancellation Policy
Any violation of the code of conduct, including inappropriate behavior, will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and the booking will be cancelled immediatley.

5. Comfort and Respect
Clients are expected to create an environment where service providers feel comfotable. Any behavior that makes our team uncomfortable will not be tolerated, or will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
